Question 1

Q1: Is the cushion detachable or built into the hanging swing?

Accepted Answer

The plush full-cotton cushion is perfectly formed to line the cradle seat, giving you balanced, slide-free backrest and seat comfort without constantly shifting out of place.

Question 2

Q2: Can this swing chair fit inside small apartment balconies?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. With a seat footprint of 20 x 18 inches, this modern cotton rope jhula is specifically made to save space, fitting comfortably on tight balconies or compact bedroom alcoves.

Question 3

Q3: Is the grey cushion easily cleanable since it is used outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Because of its dark grey color, it naturally hides regular outdoor dust exceptionally well. For routine cleaning, a quick light vacuuming or dusting is all it takes. For minor accidental food or liquid spills, simply spot-clean using a damp microfibre cloth and a mild detergent.

Question 4

Q4: Do I need to buy special chains to hang this product?

Accepted Answer

This product comes with the full length of heavy-duty braided hanging rope attached to a thick metal loop ring. You can hook it directly to an existing ceiling hook or a standalone frame. (If you want an elegant look, check out Juljulia's decorative brass S-hooks and connectors!)

Question 5

Q5: Can heavy adults sit comfortably in this cradle-shaped jhula?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While the frame is space-saving and lightweight, the high-tensile rope weave and reinforced anchor points are structurally rated to safely support up to 120 kg with zero risk of stretching or tearing.
